Such an incredible group of lawyers. Initially, I met with both Adam and Sheva for a standard adoption. My wife gave birth and I needed to formally adopt my son and they made the process as seamless as possible. I spoke with Mr. Seidel in person within  a few minutes my worries had subsided in his calm and confident demeanor explained my opinions, he directed me to Council closer to my location. A Firm to which he had knowledge of their legal team and their particular type of law.

Update 08/29/25: Adam goes above and beyond what is expected from a divorce attorney. Recently while completing a refinance on my home mortgage, Adam reviewed the docs to verify everything aligned with the property agreement we created last year. Not only did it give me a greater comfort level when signing the docs but i’ve also learned a lot about the different legal docs like the warranty deed and deed of trust. Highly recommend Adam.
Written in 2024: Adam was my divorce attorney twice.  He was very patient explaining the process.  Communication style was direct yet empathetic which made the process easier.  Felt very comfortable dealing with him. His the best in the business because of his experience.  Uses common sense being objective and not overly aggressive. The address for this location is 8150 N. Central Expressway. The way google Maps takes you to is by Klyde Warren Park. Incorrect and stressing. The location is, of course, off 75 exit Caruth. The tall gold glass window is it on the right. The building has 16 floors, I believe. If you need floors higher than 9, take the two elevators closer to Rhino coffee. I wish I'd known all this prior to my 1st appointment at Taylor Counseling. Other than that, I would have given this location a five. I received a petition for a modification unexpectedly and only a few days to find legal representation.  I called around to multiple law offices and was able to find Adam who accepted the case on short notice.  Adam had offices located in both Dallas and Tarrant county and was able to respond very quickly to the case.  Upon our initial consult, we drafted a strategy to avoid a court date, then began discussions with the opposing party.  Adam was comprehensive in his approach and offered viable solutions for the case that served both parties well. His reviews were detailed and practical.  In the end, we were able to draft appropriate language for the modification and close the case relatively quickly considering how long some cases can drag on. Adam came highly recommended by a Dallas County District Judge who told me he was ethical and would not “bill me to death” as many family law attorneys do from time to time. We accepted Bat-Sheva Tabakman to become our lawyer as soon as she achieved her license, we could not have made a better choice. We have come to know her as a wonderful person, friend and devoted to her clients.
As Custodial Grandparents being sued for custody and with CPS involved, this was a difficult and complicated case. Bat-Sheva and Adam’s team devoted themselves to achieving the best outcome for us and our Grandchildren. Bat-Sheva would answer our calls on weekends or late at night, always with kind words of encouragement and expertise of family law. Many times, I admonished my wife for calling her at odd hours and weekends for answers to questions that would arise.
My wife and I had no experience with lawyers, family law or Family Court or how to choose a lawyer. We still have no idea how to choose a great lawyer, we just got very lucky when Bat-Sheva accepted our case and joined Adam and his team.

In a child custody case, and this case was for my grandchildren Bat-Sheva Tabakman was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she was highly sensitive to the fact that it was proving to be a traumatic experience for all involved. Bat-Sheva Tabakman  would 'check in' with us and make sure we knew what was happening at all times.

Wow, where do I start?  Adam is a phenomenal attorney. He's the best in his field and I would never have anyone else represent me.  When it comes to family law, he can do this stuff with his eyes closed. He helped me and my family through very difficult legal matters, more than once, actually. I would describe him as incredibly knowledgeable, strategic and quick to handle unexpected things that arise.  He's always thinking about what's best for you and your family, and he has a wonderful ability to calm you and make you feel protected. He is kind but he will fight for you.  I slept very well knowing Adam was in my court. Adam's team is virtually an extension of Adam and they have the skillsets needed to support you and answer any questions you may have. Adam has been rated a "Super Lawyer" over the last twenty years and continues to be honored in D Magazine's exclusive list of top attorneys in Dallas. Adam and associate Sheva, represented me in a high conflict custody battle. They could not of been more INCREDIBLE. Not only were they both extremely professional and knowledgeable but were personable. Adam Seidel is phenomenal. I had the pleasure of being his client for a longer period of time mainly due to the backlog of cases in result of the pandemic. Throughout my experience, Adam was realistic and thoughtful. His communication skills are unmatched. I highly recommend this firm. I had been through a few different lawyers before I met Sheva, & by far she was the best! Immediately she went to work to fight tooth & nail for my children's safety. I cannot say enough about Adam Seidel and his team. My case was a combination of civil and criminal issues and stretched out over 1.5 years and the resolution was outstanding, particularly the divorce terms. He is smart, responsive, pragmatic and, above all else, fair. I was never billed for one minute that I didn’t receive excellent legal counsel. I am SO grateful for Adam, Rachel and the rest of his team for their work! They made my divorce experience so great that I'm looking forward to getting married and divorced all over again!! All kidding aside though, this seemed like it was going to be a horrible experience for me, and although it was tremendously stressful and heartbreaking, having a team like this really made the world of difference, and the experience almost tolerable. They were always there to answer my questions and had my best interest in mind from start to finish. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a great group of people to represent their case. Thank you again for all your hard work Adam and Rachel.
